Through increasing technological advancements, SY Plus Limited is able to offer futureproof telephony solutions that can enhance the way businesses communicate, thus enabling next-level connectivity and productivity through greater ability to work remotely.

Using The Staff Handbook

1.1

SY Plus Limited handbook sets out the main policies and procedures that you will need to be aware of while working for us. You should familiarise yourself with it and comply with it at all times. Any questions you may have with regard to its contents or what you have to do to comply with it should be referred to your Line Manager or HR.

The policies and procedures set out in this handbook apply to all staff unless otherwise indicated. They therefore apply to managers, officers, Directors, employees, consultants, contractors, trainees, homeworkers, part-time and fixed-term employees, casual and agency staff (collectively referred to as staff in this handbook). They do not form part of the terms of your contract with us, which are provided to you separately, therefore we may amend this handbook at any time. Your contract sets out your job title, hours and place of work, probationary period, salary, holidays and holiday pay and sick pay, your entitlement to and obligation to give notice to terminate your contract and the duties of confidentiality and restrictions that continue to apply after the termination of your contract.

Responsibility Staff Handbook

1.1

The HR department has overall responsibility for this Staff Handbook and for ensuring that its policies and procedures comply with our legal obligations.

1.2

The Staff Handbook is reviewed regularly to ensure that its provisions continue to meet our legal obligations and reflect best practice.

1.3

SY Plus Limited reserves the right to change or amend any policy or procedure within this handbook at any time.

1.4

Everyone should ensure that they take the time to read and understand the content of this handbook and act in accordance with its aims and objectives. Line Managers must ensure all staff understand the standards of behaviour expected of them and to take action when behaviour falls below those requirements.

Personal Data

Whenever we process personal data about you in connection with our policies, we will process it in accordance with our Data Protection Policy. We will only process your personal data if we have a lawful basis for doing so. We will notify you of the purpose or purposes for which we use it.
